Coming through Covid: Understanding & Dealing with our Anxiety
Revd Will Van Der Hart offers some really helpful thoughts on why we experience anxiety: what is happening physiologically, and why, having lived through the last 18 months, it’s a normal way for our bodies and minds to respond.
He talks about some different types of anxiety we can experience, and practical tools in order to tackle it.
While this talk was aimed particularly at church leaders and clergy, it’s relevant for us all.
It may also be useful for each other as we care for and understand the experience of those in our communities as we journey together through this ongoing Covid season.
