A day of working together to help heal our planet.

Organised by the Diocese of London Edmonton Area and Compassionate Communities.

Sponsored by The Rt Revd Rob Wickham, Bishop of Edmonton and The Venerable John Hawkins, Archdeacon of Hampstead.

We are all called to follow the 5th mark of mission. “To strive to safeguard the integrity of creation and sustain and renew the life of the earth”.

The day will be a mix of reflective and practical sessions, as well as a number of information stalls to pick up ideas and inspiration.

Speakers include:

  • Dr Ruth Valerio, author of “Saying Yes to Life” (The Archbishop of Canterbury’s Lent Book 2020)
  • Helen Stephens, Head of Eco-Church from A Rocha UK

Come prepared to be challenged, and then leave committed to action and to be part of the solution.

Gather for registration and refreshments from 10am.

First session at 10.30am.

A selection of teas, coffees and soft drinks will be provided throughout the day. Please bring your own re-usable cup.

No lunch will be provided to minimise food and packaging waste. Please bring what you would like to eat in re-usable containers.

The day will end at approximately 4.30pm.
